As you step out today, let your heart overflow this morning with thanksgiving and let your mouth burst forth in praise as you mediate on Psalm 89:1-2
The [NLT] translations says
1. “I will sing of the Lord’s unfailing love forever! Young and old will hear of your faithfulness.
2. Your unfailing love will last forever.
Your faithfulness is as enduring as the heavens.”
The [TLB] translations says
1.” Forever and ever I will sing about the tender kindness of the Lord! Young and old shall hear about your blessings. 2 Your love and kindness are forever; your truth is as enduring as the heavens.”
The [AMP] translations says
1. “I will sing of the goodness and lovingkindness of the Lord forever;
With my mouth, I will make known Your faithfulness from generation to generation.
2. For I have said, “Goodness and lovingkindness will be built up forever;
In the heavens [unchangeable and majestic] You will establish Your faithfulness.”
These bible verses reflect the kind of attitude that God delights in when we intentionally choose to declare His unfailing love, goodness, mercies, and faithfulness in spite of life challenges! Not because we want anything in return but just because our heart truly rejoices in the knowledge that we are loved unconditionally by our Heavenly Father!
Therefore, as you go about your daily business and activities today, I implore you to sing of God’s goodness, and of His loving and tender kindness every moment you can. Commit to telling both young and old of His faithfulness and unconditional love.
If you have taken time already to count your blessings all through 2017 and for the years gone past. I bet you must have come up with blessings too numerous to count. So then, refuse to keep these testimonies and blessings to yourself. Look for opportunities each day to testify to someone about the love and faithfulness of Yahweh!
