Morning Inspiration – DON’T GIVE IN TO DOUBT, CHOOSE TO BELIEVE GOD’S WORD!

As you step out today here’s a reminder from God’s word to you from 2Chronicles 20:20b [NKJV]

Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.”

AND

2Kings 7:1 [NIV]

Elisha replied, “Hear the word of the Lord. This is what the Lord says: About this time tomorrow, a seah[a] of the finest flour will sell for a shekel[b] and two seahs[c] of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria.”

These bible verses admonishes us as believers on the importance of believing in God’s word and believing the word He inspires in his servants (genuine men and women of God) which He has placed over our lives.

When God sends his word, be rest assured that it is a done deal because situations are aligning themselves to bring that word to pass. God’s word is never in vain because when He sends forth His word, it has gone ahead already to accomplish His purpose. This means that as his son/ daughter you have to plug into the word and run with the word!

However, it is important to note that sometimes in the pursuit of running with the word God has spoken to you, you might become unsure of the outcome of your actions even when walking in obedience. Yet, all you sense is a stirring in your spirit is to keep going, take a particular direction, take a leap, make a move, or take a step just as the four men with leprosy in 2kings7:3-4.

Every instruction that God gives you is not just for your benefit only but most importantly for the benefit of others too as seen in (2kings7:8-9). God’s deposit of purpose in our lives is not just for us; it’s excellent news that we carry and have to share it with our world. If we don’t, we are likely to live a frustrated life.  Remember, God is only permitted to give us more and to deploy heaven resources to us when we meet the needs He stirs in our heart.

As you launch into all that God has for you in 2018, make sure you hold on to every word that God has spoken to you through His word and through his servant, i.e., the spiritual authority he has placed over your life. This year, don’t allow fear cripple you or make you doubt God’s word as did the King’s aide in 2kings 7:12 who despised the word of the prophet Elisha and the consequences were that he never lived to enjoy the blessing.

Know this – God is the one that gets the job done when He speaks a word, so you don’t need to worry yourself about the outcome. All you need to do is follow the Holyspirit instructions and direction and leave the rest to God to handle!

Remember, to be careful not to act in unbelief to God’s word so that you don’t miss out on your reserved blessings. In due season God will bring His word to pass in your life, Hallelujah!

Do have a blessed and fruitful day!

God bless you!
