Isaiah 9:6-7 [NKJV]
6. “For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7. Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
John 10:10b [AMP “I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].”
John 3:16 [NIV] “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
The best gift ever to mankind is Jesus Christ – Today, 25th of December, in most parts of the world people celebrate God’s unmatchable and incomparable love to humanity!
As believers, Christmas is truly special because it represents the celebration of our Lord, saviour, and king 👑 Jesus. So we have every reason to be excited, to shout it out from the mountain/roof top that Jesus reigns forever, and in Him, we have life in abundance that overflows!
God demonstrated true love by giving us a piece of Himself, Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son. All God wants is an opportunity for you ( if you haven’t) to open up your heart to receive Jesus today. Let your decision to receive Christ as your Lord and saviour be your special gift back to God🎁 this Christmas.
Remember, Christ makes the extravagant life possible. Jesus coming to earth activated a life of abundance. The life of Christ in us is an extravagant life, a life that overflows eternally! Halleluyah!!!
