Morning Inspirations – GOD IS A PROMISE KEEPER

As you step out today, here’s a reminder to you from God’s word in Jeremiah 32:27 [NIV] “I am the LORD, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard (difficult) for Me”.

Is there a promise that the Lord has made to you? Or is there a promise from His word that you are holding on to, but sometimes doubt and unbelief kicks in and you begin to question what you believe and what God has said to you?

Guess what? You are not the only one in that situation. Remember Sarah, Abraham’s wife in Genesis 18:10-15 also allowed doubt to creep into her heart regarding the promise of a child that God made to her.

She looked at her current state, i.e., her age, which was past the childbearing age and she felt it was impossible for her to have a child! Logical and medically her reasons were genuine and valid but what she forgot to include in her thinking was that she was dealing with a God that specialises in making the Impossible Possible, the I’M POSSIBLE GOD, Hallelujah!

God, however, saw her doubt which made Him ask her in Genesis verse 14 “is there anything too hard for the Lord.” But inspite of her initial doubt God fulfilled His word to her because He is a Promise Keeper!

So this morning God is asking you too “Is there anything too difficult for me to do?” If God has promised you His blessings in any area of your life, just keep holding on, no matter how difficult and bleak the situation looks. If God indeed promised you then know that He will bring it to pass in the due season. God speaking in Psalm 89:34[KJV] also says ”My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips”.

Therefore, as you go about your daily business and activities, just be assured that nothing is too big or complicated for your God to do. There is always a due season and an appointed time for God to fulfill His promise (s) to you. So, keep focused, keep your eyes fixed on the Lord and watch Him bring that promise to pass in your life in Jesus name.

Remember God always keeps to His words because He is not a man to lie!

Have a blessed and fruitful day!
