As you step out today, here’s a reminder from God’s word to you from 1John 3:1[TLB] “See how very much our heavenly Father loves us, for he allows us to be called his children—think of it—and we really are! But since most people don’t know God, naturally they don’t understand that we are his children.”
One of the most crucial factors that can boost an individual’s self-confidence is knowing and being told continually by loved ones that they are Loved! In today’s society, a lot of people, unfortunately, have grown up in homes where they have repeatedly been abused emotionally and as such have no proper understanding of what it means to be loved!
This, unfortunately, impacts in the long run on their fulfillment of purpose as low self-esteem, identity crisis, lack of confidence, etc. are constant battles that they may face. But, Hallelujah! The good news is that in Christ we have been adopted as sons and daughters and we have a heavenly Father who is so in love with us. And we no longer have to let people’s word define who we are anymore!
Therefore, as you go about your daily business and activities, take a moment to remind yourself of how Special you’re to God and how you’re His beloved because His word says so! Lift your head high and walk tall knowing that you are LOVED with an everlasting LOVE!
Remember it’s a big deal to be LOVED by Yahweh!
