Morning Inspiration – KEEP TRUSTING GOD, THERE’S A DUE SEASON!

As you step out today, here’s a reminder from God’s word to you from Psalm 37:34 [TLB]

“Don’t be impatient for the Lord to act! Keep traveling steadily along his pathway and in due season he will honor you with every blessing,[a] and you will see the wicked destroyed.”

Today’s key verse reminds you and me as God’s children on the importance of trusting God and keeping our hearts stayed on Him even as we trust him for various needs in our lives. There are blessings stored up and reserved for us in Christ Jesus, however, patience is a key factor that we must be willing to exercise to lay hold of every blessing that God has for us in our family, relationship, marriage, career, ministry etc.

This scripture also encourages us as believers not to give up in our service to the Lord because there is a DUE SEASON set out by the Lord to bless us if we don’t give up. While we are waiting, God is working out things for our good and putting things in place for us, which is why we must trust him. God tells us in his word (Jeremiah 29:11) that he has great plans for us which he will bring to pass just at the right time!

God wants us to trust him and to keep trusting him in and out of season. And being patient is how we show God that we have firm confidence and believe in his sovereignty. As believers trust is crucial to receiving every promise God makes to us.

Therefore, as you go about your daily business and activities today, let this scripture reignite your commitment to trust God no matter what you go through. Remind yourself that there is a DUE SEASON that God has set out to bless and honor you in regards to everything you are trusting him to do in your life and in the life of your loved ones. But the admonition to you is not to be impatient. God is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6).

While you are patiently waiting for the Lord to act, thank him, worship him, keep loving him, keep loving people, keep serving and keep praising him!

Remember, God is faithful to his word, hallelujah!!!

Do have a blessed and fruitful day!

God bless you!
