As you step out today, here’s a reminder from God’s word to you from Proverbs 3:5-8 [Message]
“Trust God from the bottom of your heart;
don’t try to figure out everything on your own.
Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go;
he’s the one who will keep you on track.
Don’t assume that you know it all.
Run to God! Run from evil!
Your body will glow with health,
your very bones will vibrate with life!”
God’s word is loaded with so much truth and wisdom that helps us to navigate each day’s problem. God’s word brings life and light into every area of darkness and if we heed His word we can be certain of victory in every area of our lives! The truth is, obedience to God’s word and laws is really for our own benefit and we will be doing ourselves as believers a lot of good when we adhere to his instructions.
Today’s key verses are filled with life-giving instructions that will do us a lot of good only when we commit to doing what it instructs us to do.
Therefore as you go about your daily business and activities, here is what the Holyspirit is saying to you to consider to do today and every day.
That you should trust God from the bottom of your heart and totally trust him to handle the affairs of your life, family, children, marriage, business, career, ministry etc.
That you should not try to figure out everything on your own but allow Jesus to take the worry off you and cast your cares on him (Psalm 55:22). 1Peter 5:7 says “Give all your worries, anxieties and cares to God, for he cares about you.” Remember you have the HolySpirit your senior partner who is always willing to help you and guide you through each day’s problems (Romans 8:26, TLB).
That you should listen to the voice of the HolySpirit in everything you do and everywhere you go because only the Holyspirit can keep you on track and in line with God’s will for your life.
Finally, don’t assume that you know it all, always seek the help of the Holyspirit in all you do and also seek godly counsel from godly and people of great character that you can trust when you need it.
And as you obey this godly counsel from today’s key verses, you can be rest assured that your body will glow with health, your very bones will vibrate with life and God will be pleased with you too because of your obedience to his word!
Remember, God’s word is truth that brings life to every area of our lives, only if we obey!
