As a Jesus lover, and Christ ambassador, my utmost desire is to live each day honouring and pleasing Jesus in my words, thoughts, actions, and deeds. To be light and salt (Matthew 5:13-14) wherever I go, to encourage as many people that need encouragement with God’s words so that they are uplifted in their hearts and to empower other women in their faith journey as they seek to know God more intimately. My passion and heart desire also is to empower young people to discover and understand their identity in Christ through the word of God so that they can live life purposefully and be all that God has called them to be!
The desire to see believers remain joyful despite the daily challenges experienced and to stay strengthened and encouraged through the Word of God each day inspired me to start sharing devotional posts across my social networks as morning reminders of what the word of God says in every situation.
It excites me knowing that the thoughts and prayers I write are inspired merely by the HolySpirit during my time of devotion and meditation. I am encouraged and motivated to keep writing and sharing these posts with the help of the HolySpirit as the feedback from readers has been very positive and encouraging.
In my journey as a believer, one thing I have come to learn is the importance of thoroughly relying on and believing God’s word as the ‘ultimate’ over our lives. And to trust in His word wherein lies the power to change our circumstances and transform our lives!
I have also learned and still learning to let go and quit trusting in my abilities and strength but to fully depend on God’s grace and wisdom that He freely supplies. And trust to Him with the whole of my being knowing that His thoughts and plans for me are that of good and not of evil that I might have hope, future and expected end, Jeremiah 29:11 (paraphrased).
On this blog, I would be sharing biblical nuggets and truths that will not only inspire you but I pray will also provoke a change of mindset that will empower every reader to want to live a life that will genuinely impact others and allow you to leave your mark in the sands of time! I pray and trust God that my blog will indeed be a blessing and encouragement to you just when you need it and each post will indeed be a timely word for your situation, and in all Jesus will be glorified in your life!
